Worth noting that the armoury bonus and heat of battle stack together, so if armoury bonus applys heat of battle bonus is doubled. Also, EXP bonus items apply if you are level synced, so if you are level 71 for example but doing a duty that syncs you to lvl 30 or below you could equip the brand new ring, a mogstation outfit and the aetheryte/ala mhigan earring and get all bonuses.
Armoury bonus is a buff you get for leveling classes that are a lower level than your highest leveled class. So if you have a class at 80, all your other classes will get +100% up to level 69, and then +50% from 70 to 79. Armoury bonus will also uniquely increase the experience earned from FATE and leve rewards, where the other bonus only apply to monster kills.
